In NJ, it is impossible for landlords to get any complimentary legal advice from any public organizations, so I, as a landlord of a small property, could not help suffering because of painful tenant issues.

I have had consulations with many other lawers on troublesome tenant issues before, but NO ONE had as knowledgeable as Mr. Caporrino on the Real Estate field. The only Cons is that his rate is a bit costly.

In addition, I very much appreciate Mr. Ted Park who did not hesitate to give me helpful advice over the phone when Mr. Caporrino is not available. When I was willing to pay the lawer's hourly fee of consultation and called the office to make an appointment, Mr. Park gave me golden advices over the phone. I hate dealing with legal matters. Things are usually unnecessarily complicated and often redundant. When I had a court matter in Jersey to resolve, I retained Park&Caporrino. I thought the matter closed after the first court date, but it turned out otherwise.
